Beverly Slover
A longtime Simpson County resident, Beverly has been passionate about fitness for most of her life. She founded BFit Gym to bring a supportive, results-driven fitness community to the area. Through her leadership and dedication, BFit has been recognized as one of Simpson County’s “Best of the Best” gyms.
Leedrick “Lee” Woods
With over 20 years of experience in fitness coaching and personal training, Lee brings a high level of expertise and energy to BFit. He previously coached with Orangetheory Fitness in Atlanta before returning home to Simpson County. Lee leads the 5:00 AM classes and coaches Wednesday evenings at 5:30 PM, while also offering private and semi-private training.
Barbara Mitchell Hiton
Barbara’s fitness journey deepened after her breast cancer diagnosis in 2021, inspiring her to prioritize strength and health in a new way. She joined BFit as a member and later became a coach in 2024. Barbara now leads classes on Monday and Thursday at 5:30 PM, encouraging others through her strength and resilience.
Carla Jennings Biedenharn
Carla has been active in fitness and running for many years and joined BFit to continue growing her strength and endurance. In 2025, she stepped into a coaching role and currently serves as a fill-in coach, supporting classes and the BFit community.
Melissa Mullins
Melissa has been active in fitness most of her life, playing basketball through high school and college. She later became a teacher and cheerleading coach, bringing leadership and encouragement into everything she does. Melissa has been part of the BFit team since it opened in 2023 and leads the Tuesday 5:30 PM class.
