Strength & Conditioning Classes

Our Strength & Conditioning classes are designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and feel confident in your body — without feeling overwhelmed or intimidated.

Leedrick “Lee” Woods

With over 20 years of experience in fitness coaching and personal training, Lee brings a high level of expertise and energy to BFit. He previously coached with Orangetheory Fitness in Atlanta before returning home to Simpson County. Lee leads the 5:00 AM classes and coaches Wednesday evenings at 5:30 PM, while also offering private and semi-private training.
